Jupiter Drywall were awarded this project in October 2022 and the internal works began in December.

The first job was to divide up the existing building. To do this we installed a one hour fire rated partition

We then installed a sub-grid using a back to back 85mm Unistrut system. This was put in place to support the air handling units, electrical containment, and new ceilings

The external walls of the building were lined out using 70mm I studs and 92.5mm Gyproc thermal laminate wallboards with a skim finish

Finally, we installed a Rockfon Colorall suspended ceiling in black throughout the main dining area and hygienic suspended ceilings in the prep areas and toilets
